I have been involved with Group Fitness since 2007 teaching a variety of classes, Step, Resistance Training, Muscle Conditioning, Group Training (TRX, VIPR, Bender Ball) having worked in various fitness facilities in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
In addition to Group Fitness, I have taught Zumba, Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba over the past ten years. Currently, I am a Zumba Jammer (choreographer for Zumba Fitness) where I have been teaching Salsa Zin Jam sessions to Zumba instructors in Canada, United States, Europe and Asia.
While being a qualified nurse I started working with fitness during my time in North Africa.
I currently reside with my husband in Kelowna, British Columbia Canada.
