Kari Barnett


Kari is a Kinesiologist, RYT-200 Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer from British Columbia, Canada. Kari has spent the last 20 years involved with helping others to be their fullest self through fitness and healthy living, and encourages everyone to always try something new and find an activity you love. Kari trained people full time for sports and active rehabilitation therapy for 5 years before moving toward a more corporate job, however she is still passionate about training and working out with others in a part-time capacity and in travel destinations. Yoga practice truly is where you can find your inner peace, strength and calm and connect with yourself and others. The benefits of yoga not only help you mentally, but also help strengthen you for activities like surfing, skiing and rock climbing. Kari welcomes you join her on the mat for Yoga in this tropical destination.
