Since my first ballet class at age 3 I have never stopped dancing and learning. I love movement and helping my students find the best moves for their individual goals and abilities. I have taken all types of classes over the years, including Classic Aerobics, Step, Slide, Pilates, Modern Dance, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Barre. I started teaching in 2011. I am certified in PGE (AFAA),YBB, yoga, booty, ballet (a class that covers meditation, cardio, balance, stretching), PomSquad Fitness (cardio dance with pompons) and Practical Yoga. I teach students of all abilities including teens and adults with developmental disabilites. I am a person who gives her all and strives to provide a strong workout that leaves my students smiling and ready for another class.
