- Erin Polley
Erin developed her love for yoga after a sweaty and challenging hot yoga class when she was in her early 20s. It wasn't until after the birth of her son and feeling the pressure of being a working mom did she fully understand just how essential yoga was for her mental and physical health. Dedicating herself to a daily practice released her of the anxiety over a stressful job in community organizing and the constant concern of not being enough. It was in this process of release and transformation that she decided she wanted to share this practice with others with the same struggles and be able to serve her community in a deeper way, helping students to show love and compassion for themselves so that they are better equipped to show it to others.
Erin is known for creating classes that are accessible to anyone, yet challenges her students mentally and physically to become the most powerful versions of themselves. She strives to deliver a full experience for her students each and every class through strong breath work, vigorous flows, a finely curated playlist and a dose of inspiration to enjoy the privilege they have to be in their body and breath. Her love for her yoga community runs deep and she enjoys creating opportunities for people to connect with one another on and off the mat.
"Yoga gives me the great privilege to know how to take care of myself fully in each and every moment of my life. My yoga is coming into my body and breath each day to connect, so that I can completely show up for life and connect with others. It is my life's purpose to serve others and create a world free from suffering and pain. It is my honor to live this purpose through sharing yoga with others."
