Anita Ruderman

Anita Ruderman, ERYT, YACEP. Certified June 1992. Experienced in Hatha, Vinyasa and Hot26 Series. 

Owning a yoga studio for the past 14 years in her Rockaway Beach, NY community nourishes all of her passions; sharing her love of yoga, connecting with students, supporting the economy and providing a nurturing environment for “every body” to practice yoga.

Anita’s dynamic personality, inspiring and motivating teaching skills offer students a well-rounded class. With almost 30 years of experience, she is quite adept at remembering your name and brings compassion, humor and a unique wit and charm to her classes. Always stressing that yoga is a "practice" not a “perfect”,  newcomers and experienced yogis are immediately put at ease. Maintaining a safe, stimulating and nurturing atmosphere, students respond to her magic and leave class feeling balanced and whole. She happily answers questions about a pose, modification, benefit, etc… and is excited to share her love of yoga, travel, exploring different cultures and connecting with new people. Anita is also a Reiki I Practitioner.
