In 2018 Angela received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga certification from The Be Happy Yoga and Salt Cave in Bowling Green, Kentucky under the direction of Susan A Polk whom continues to mentor me as I move forward in my trainings and teaching. She is registered through Yoga Alliance. She is trained in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on linking breath to movement. A typical class will lead you through a gentle warm up and a heat building sequence. Then finally ending the class with a guided deep relaxation.
In 2020 I completed a 30 hour training in mindful yin yoga training under the direction of Jennifer Raye. I have continued on in my training as I completed my 300 hour training with the Yoga & Ayurveda center training under the direction of the lead trainer Steph Ball- Mitchell in 2022.
When not teaching, she enjoys gardening and spending time in nature. She takes delight in biking with friends and daily exercise with my fur friend, and teaching yoga with the community Ed program at the local schools.
