Francine Roy

Francine has been in fitness, weight training and sports since she was a teenager.  She has been a certified fitness instructor since 2014, and has been teaching classes every since.  She specializes in Group Strength training, High Intensity Interval Training and Yoga.    She currently teaches in an outdoor park, her home studio and at commercial location.  She gets to know her students and makes them feel at ease by offering alternatives and allowing each student to decide their level of intensity.
