Shane Robins

I am someone who has needed movement every day my whole life and it is only over the past decade I have realized that when I don't get to move, I become grumpy and stuck.  I implement fitness and movement into my daily activities, always in hopes I get the most out of this body I am in.  

When I am not working full time as a promotions and marketing person for a beautiful national park, I also teach yoga, spin class, paint class and soon....pilates!  

My husband I have 2 older sons now so that has opened up a lot of time for my husband and I so that is why I have found more time to pursue my fitness goals.   My husband and spent the first 9 years together travelling and living abroad before we had kids so that entire experience has been very valuable.  Now that we are more less empty-nesters, travelling again sounds so appealing to us.  

When it comes to yoga or other forms of movement I have been blown away by the experience of teaching for the past 8 years.   I deeply respect when people come to my classes and allow me to hold space for them to exhale, smile, even cry sometimes.  I feel truly blessed to be able to create experiences for people to feel free to move within their bodies.  I hope to travel and grow my experiences with this.
