Exercised for many years, but did not become certified until is was necessary to be a substitute for the Town of Wrightsville Beach Parks & Recreation Department where I worked as an Administrative Assistant. I enjoyed it so much that I took on several classes at Cory Everson's where I had been a member for six years. I received calls from other gyms and taught when I could outside my 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon - Fri job at Parks & Rec. I currently teach 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. cycling and sculpting classes on the weekdays, Saturday a.m. cyclying and toning, and cycling and sculpting classes on Wed and Fri evenings at Cory Everson's and O2.
