I am currently a "jack of all trades." I teach bootcamp classes, cycle, pilates mat and reformer classes. I love to run and do pilates for my own exercise. I also enjoy long hikes in the Sierras where I spend a lot of my summer with my family. I love every aspect of fitness and health and am always learning new things through continuing education seminars, other fitness professionals, fitness articles and websites. My passion is fitness.
I also love introducing new people to fitness and how it can change lives from the basics of enhancing function and mobility to increasing athletic performance for seasoned athletes.
