I taught martial arts for almost 3 years. I’ve placed in Taekwondo Top 10 in the world along with being Midwest Champion, Colorado Triple Crown State Champion 2 years in a row and Kansas Triple Crown State Champion. I’ve competed in triathlons throughout Florida (and placed).

I currently teach BootCamp, BodyPump, Sprint, Insanity Live! and Core.
