- I am an exercise Science major. Studied at Oakland Community College and Oakland University. After graduation completed personal training and group exercise certifications through ACE certifications. My continuing education is very diverse. I have taught many types of group exercise classes dating back to 2005. I was the owner of CrossFit Ferocity for thirteen years in Waterford, MI where I continued my passion in health and fitness. Closed my business Thanksgiving day 2025. Now semi retired, still very active in fitness and travel. Enjoying life.
