- I am an exercise Science major. Studied at Oakland Community College and Oakland University. After graduation completed personal training and group exercise certifications through ACE certifications. My continuing education is very diverse. I have taught many types of group exercise classes dating back to 2005. I am now owner of CrossFit Ferocity in Waterford, MI where I continue my passion in health and fitness.
