I first discovered yoga as a child but I really found yoga in my 20's when my personal healing journey began. Through yoga and meditation, I came to listen to my body and connect to my authentic self. Today, I truly appreciate the importance of these ancient practices for cultivating health and happiness in my life. As a yoga teacher, my focus is on leading mindful classes that support you to connect to your authentic self.
