After practicing various types of cardio conditioning for over 20 years, I added yoga as a supplement for flexibility and additional strength. After leaving a 30 year career in corporate America, I started building the life that matched the dreams in my mind. Unexpectedly, yoga became an integral part of the path to that life. My original intent was exercise which happily led to a more focused and calm mind. My goal is to guide students on their own journey through the many beautiful paths yoga can offer - from asana to breath work, to meditation.
