My yoga journey began in 2002. I was an avid ballet, tap, and jazz dancer throughout high school and led an active lifestyle teaching dance and aerobics in college to help pay the bills. After my first Vinyasa yoga class, I experienced a level of peace that later I would learn was the miracle of Shavasana.

I casually practiced yoga for 15 years until I experienced a medical emergency. As part of my recovery, I practiced yoga every day for 2 months and started to see transformational changes in my life. Each inhale provided a calming effect only yoga could bring. I embraced yoga as an essential part of my holistic wellness, stress management, and life balance. Eventually, I was called to teach and can't wait to share the gift of yoga with others.

I received my RYT 200-hour teacher certification under Jen Xander in 2020 at Flourish Yoga & Wellness in Fishers, IN. I love teaching creative yoga flows with a focus on breathwork to promote relaxation. I spent 15 years in Corporate America before becoming an entrepreneur, and real estate developer. I have a degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University and have been certified in Chakra Balancing as well as Reiki Level 1 training. Namaste
