Hello Friends

My name is Gea Bassett and I am the owner of www.greencleaningseattle.com. I have recently transitioned out of the company that I started in 2008 (Green Cleaning Seattle) to begin teaching yoga part time (eventually full time). I received my first Yoga Training certification in 2018. However, I have been practicing yoga since I was 20 years old. I can teach hatha, vinyasa, basics, yin, restorative and yoga nidra. I currently teach weekly classes at a recovery center for Native American people (namely the Tulalip Tribe in Washington State). I also teach private lessons at my home studio. I have listed above some of the trainings I have received. 

I am originally from Ohio and have been living in Seattle WA since 2014. Yoga and spirituality have been a part of my life for decades. I have traveled to many places in Asia to learn more about this culture and way of life - including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. My interests include yoga, meditation, kickboxing, running, surfing, gardening, travel and ayurveda.
