I worked 25 years in the health and fitness field. I started my career in Corporate Wellness. I have been a group exercise instructor for over 20 years. I Received both my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Masters in Public Health from the University of South Carolina.
I enjoy participating running and triathlon events with my husband. I do 5Ks up to marathons and sprint triathlons to Ironman distance races. When we are not training or racing, we enjoy hanging out at home with our 4 dogs, 2 cats and 2 parrots.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to help may people with a variety health and fitness goals. I have coached individuals to their first 5Ks and marathons. I have also helped many with weight loss goals as well as managing health conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. I have instructed many types of group exercise classes including the following: Cycle, Aqua, Senior Exercise and Yoga.
I am still as passionate today about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals as I was when I started my career.
