Ellen Tatton

I am a qualified yoga teacher and wellbeing coach from London. I teach weekly classes and have casual arrangements with gyms, studios, workplaces and cafes in East London. Specialising in hatha and vinyasa flows, I particularly love teaching morning and detox flows, helping people to feel refreshed, energised and ready for the day! I also enjoy teaching slower flows or restorative classes later in the day, giving people the opportunity to unwind and relax, as well as connecting to their bodies and minds. As a wellbeing coach and qualified CBT therapist, I have a special interest in using yoga and mindfulness techniques to improve our mental wellbeing and enable participants to feel their best!
