My entire professional career has included teaching a variety of movement to all ages and all levels of abilities at schools, YMCA's and Pilates Studios. During that time, I have had the opportunity to teach a variety of fitness classes through the YMCA including aerobics, pre & postnatal exercise, step aerobics, senior chair exercise, Yoga, strength training and Pilates. For the past 15 years, I have focused on Pilates and Yoga. 2007 to 2024 I have been teaching equipment based Pilates in Wisconsin and Chicago. Since 2003, I have taken 10 traveling and teaching trips as a Fit Bodies Instructor.
My teaching goal is to guide students in Pilates and Yoga using the Principles of Alignment to change how to safely move in their daily lives and inspire them to a regular practice of Pilates and Yoga.
In my free time, I enjoy all things outdoors: biking, paddle boarding in the summer and in the winter cross country skiing and snow shoeing. I also love spending time with my husband, adult children and grand girls.
