Penny Boxley

My name is Penny Boxley and I am a certified Zumba instructor. I decided to teach zumba after I attended a 1 day "zumbathon". WOW! I fell in love the class. It is so upbeat and fun that I forgot I was actually getting the best cardio workout! What better way to stay fit? I now look forward to going to the gym. I love zumba because there is no right or wrong way to participate. You can go at your own pace and work-up to higher impact. My classes have so much fun with the moves and the music! It is like being at a dance club or better yet, some far-away exotic caribbean island dancing the night away! I LOVE IT!
