I am originally Lithuanian, lived and studied in Scotland for 6 years and recently moved to Copenhagen and studying in Malmo University. I am in progress of launched my online coaching system for Lifestyle clients and by expanding, and working online would give me more practise. I am specialising in nutrition and mindset and highly passionate about nutrition side of fitness. I share my knowledge of connection between mindset and eating habits. Which leads to another aspect I am very interested of eating disorders which was covered in Diet and Nutrition course. Additional I have red books such as 'The Hunger Fix by Pamela Peeke' and 'Food Junkies by Vera Tarman and Phil Werdell'. Food addiction and overeating is increasing due to busy lifestyles and lack of stress management. Which I am spending my time in finding out more so I would be able to help my clients with such a issues as well. For this reason, I am taking part in Precise Nutrition Coaching Level 1 and Pro Coach program to take my expertese to other level

In personal training my focus is to work two types of clients - beginners who have no prior knowledge of exercising and diets, and more advanced clients who worked with personal trainer or followed diet before. My main experience comes from helping people in my surounding as close friends and college/university friends with their trainings and nutrition guidance. I am very social person so I would love to work in local studio even as instructor, learn from senior instructors and meet new people.


I am self motivated to grow my own fitness business and building rewarding career where I can help as many people as I can. I am passionate about the fitness industry, I live it every day, it is part of my life and I do not imagine my life be different way. I am a person who works out on holidays, tries new gyms in all countries and cities I travel. I have done it for so long that by being example for others, I influence them towards better lifestyle changes. People always comes to me looking for suggestions related to diets and activities. Basically I am walking example of my own work.

Also as fitness athlete I have to ensure I look after my own health. I have competed in fitness and bodybuilding shows in various cities in Scotland and England. In 2018 I won gold and pro status in British Finals with UKUP federation. In 2019 I become Pro Athlete with GBO (Global bodybuilding organisation). 

Fitness lifestyle is all my life, sharing my experience with clients and seeing the changes makes me proud and happy.
