Courtney Giacomini

My name is courtney Giacomini. I am 39 years old and have 3 children. I struggled alot with my weight after my second child and fitness always interested me. I decided to go full on and get an education to help others as well as start learning about how I can lead a healthier lifestyle myself and for my family. I completed the canfit pt course last year. I am looking forward to upgrading in many ways to different aspects of all fitness.
