Hi!
I'm Mel and I've been doing Yoga for about 10 years. After my children were born, I really started to explore yoga more and am now a member of the Yoga Alliance. I've always been active playing team sports, swimming, running, and doing TRX training; even getting my TRX certification! I grew up in the country teaching swimming lessons and life-guarding as a teenager and in my adulthood I've been a kids soccer coach and participated in recreational adult sports. I love to travel! One of my favourite yoga classes was at power yoga in Iceland! After completing my year long 200 Hour Yoga Certification I began teaching on contracts to various groups; tailoring my classes to an every body style of athletic yoga flow.
