Frankie Krygsman

My name is Frankie Krygs and I love to help people. At first it was just physically, but then turned into mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I currently work at Lifetime Fitness in California as one of the Team Development Managers. I also am a personal trainer, nutritionist, group fitness instructor as well. Another thing I want to do more of is travel, so this company seems like it's win win!
