Sonia has been a dancer, musician, and choreographer her entire life.   She believes in healthy living through fitness, eating whole types of foods, active recovery, and having a positive mindset.  Her love of blending music with movement, as well as her passion for positively influencing others has guided her towards her Fitness and Wellness Journey.

She teaches various fitness formats ranging from Bar-less Barre, Barre Sculpt, Barre Fusion, Barre Bootcamp, Pilates Sculpt, and POUND Rockout Workout®

She is the Co-Founder of Barre Bootcamp, as well as the beloved Barre Queen teaching at the Bay Clubs, Apple, and Stanford, and Virtual Barre classes at Barre Bootcamp.  She also leads Kids & Family POUND Rockout Workout® programs to inspire kids to start their love of movement early on.  Sonia's workouts are designed with everyone in mind, all fitness levels are welcomed.
