My name is Aigee. I was born in Los Angeles, CA. I started doing Tae Kwon Do with my siblings when I was 11 and trained for 6 years, eventually receiving my First Degree Black Belt. I competed in many tournaments for weapons, sparring, and forms and spend 7 hours a day, 6 days a week training and teaching classes when I was very young. I took a break from martial arts and began to focus on basketball in high school. A couple years later, I got into fitness kickboxing and am currently a Boxing/Kickboxing trainer with Title Boxing Club where I offer group fitness classes, teach boxing and kickboxing, circuit training, and personal training.
I've gone through my own fitness journey and from there -- I grew a passion for fitness and nutrition. As a personal trainer, I help individuals become better versions of themselves through fitness! Whatever fitness goals you may have. Whether its for your overall health and longevity, to lose fat, to gain strength, to maintain muscle, to improve your flexibility and balance, to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself past your limits, to break bad habits and build consistency, to prep for an upcoming race or event, or to build a lifestyle. I want to travel the world and do what I love at the same time.
