Scott Saucedo

I have been active for as long as I can remember and have always tried to make exercising fun. I played soccer and ran cross country in college then got into weightlifting and road running with friends. I found CrossFit in 2007 and loved the variety and new challenges it brought. There were so many new movements to learn and it was fun working out with a group class and feeling the energy from others doing the same workout. In 2010 I got my CrossFit Level 1 training certification and began coaching at the gym I attended. Then in 2013 I became a CrossFit Level 2 coach and opened my own gym. During that time I also got back in to endurance sports and competed in adventure races and triathlons and completed 2 Ironman triathlons. My daughter arrived in 2017 and decided to close the gym to allow more time for family and new adventures. Since then I have continued to coach CrossFit and group fitness classes as well as one on one personal training sessions. I get to coach a variety of clients from IndyCar drivers to retired executives. Personally, I'm now training for longer ultra trail runs and just completed my first 100-mile race at Leadville in August.
