My journey with yoga started in 2008 when I noticed my posture was getting out of line.  Yoga pushed me outside of my comfort zone and expanded my experience of my physical body. With time, yoga became a training to keep my body in uncomfortable poses and remain still with my mind, letting the discomfort pass through me and acquiring a new sense of awareness.  Yoga  helps me to keep my mind steady, calm and happy and my body strong.
