I am a certified Pilates instructor with Lolitas San Miguel Legacy, first generation Pilates instructor, (one of only two people ever certified by Joseph Pilates himself). I am Puertorrican, currently living in Rincon PR.  Comoletely bilingual.  With Lolitas Legacy i completed a very comprehensive year round certification process, that covered the complete Mat repertoir as well as the correct excecution of all Pilates apparatus. I also work with clients with pre-existing conditions and guide them in the rehabilitating stages following injuries.
