Dana Quinto

My name is Dana Quinto. I live in the beautiful Golden, Colorado and teach Strong Nation (Formerly Strong by Zumba). I am married and have two cute kids! 

My zest for fitness and helping people enjoy and feel empowered through a challenging workout are what drive me. Plus, I love seeing other parts of the world. So being able to combine the two is priceless!!!!
