Crystal Kenny

Crystal Kenny started competing when her youngest son turned 15 months. Since hitting the stage, she decided fitness was more then just a passion, it was a way of life, so she moved her family North to Sudbury to go back to school and take Health Promotion with her Concurrent BEd at Laurentian University. Since going back to school Crystal has participated in many workshops and competed at her first National show this past August in Vancouver BC.
Crystal opened her own functional fitness facility in 2018 in Sarnia Ontario to spread health and fitness to our community and youth.
