Cindy Kozacek

Cindy has “trained the trainer” as an education provider and presenter for fitness professionals since 1995. She is well known for her work in developing class programming and instructor training curriculum for the SilverSneakers Fitness Program, and has filmed older adult fitness content for instructor training, consumer fitness video, while also leading instructor training workshops nationwide. Conference presenter opportunities include IDEA, Fitness Fest, and ICAA. Cindy holds a Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Primary Group Exercise Certification from Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
