I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist proudly based in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I specialize in working with youth and adults to discover their authentic self and heal past traumas!

As a 200 YTT registered with Yoga Alliance, I developed the Centered AF - Asana Foundations for Anxiety program. I work with my students where they are at whether it is to experience ultimate zen or push their limits to get stronger.

I have always been a helper. Growing up and in my twenties, I often put others needs and wants before my own because that's the only way I knew how to feed my self-worth. The dark sides to this were unhealthy relationships, depression and anxiety, and trouble practicing my self-care.

My life took a big turn & I found myself as a single mom turning 30; it was time for me to live life! I went back to school, made some great friends, deepened my relationship with family, and worked damn hard on myself! Now, as a woman looking back at 40, and a mother and step-mom to five teenagers and adult kids, I can look back with reflection and compassion on the bumpy roads of my life. It takes a lot of work, and sometimes tough decisions, to be healthy and foster good relationships (& it is a work in progress)!

I have over 15 years experience working in the helping profession including the K-12 education system, employment and training consulting, family support coordination, homelessness serving sector, system navigation, intersecting services and needs, family violence, sexual violence, program development, and in the mental health/ trauma field.

I have worked with individuals and families that are impacted by trauma, are living with physical, intellectual, learning, and developmental disabilities, are neuro-atypical, have mild to moderate mental illness, and are affected by transition or trauma in their life.
