Darcia Grady

Hello my name is Darci.   I am passionate about wellness, travel, and connecting with new people.  I attended college on an athletic scholarship and my desire to have my mind, body and soul aligned snowballed from there.  I graduated from Wake Forest Law School and after practicing for a few years settled down to raise my beautiful daughter, homeschooling her and traveling the world. Her classroom became the rainforests in Costa Rica, the volcanos of Hawaii, the Great Wall of China, the underwater world off of the Indonesian Islands and an endless list of places in between!  The gift of travel allowed me to realize my potential for establishing friendships around the world while learning about culture, art, health and wellness in foreign environments.  My daughter is now in boarding school and I decided to pursue my passion for yoga and wellness.  I love to share this enthusiasm with others.  I hope to see you on (and off) the mat!  Namaste
