Christy Vawerchak

I fell in love with Yoga early in life. I became a teacher so that I could mentor and share the yoga journey with others on the mat. I can teach vinyasa, hatha ,ashtanga yoga . I have additional training in Restorative , Kids and PreNatal. I can also lead groups thru guided meditation. 

The classes I teach are suitable for all levels as I will show modifications to poses and also assist those that need any alignment adjustments or help getting in /out of a pose.
