While living and working in Northern California back in 2010, I joined a local yoga studio. I thought yoga would be great for my "stretch days" during marathon training. Yoga quickly became my new passion. Having been a marathon runner, I pride myself in being able to communicate the practice of yoga without the intimidation factor many "non flexible" athletes feel. My all-level classes focus on alignment, balance, breath, laughs & music.
I have been a yoga instructor ever since receiving my 200hr certification back in 2016, teaching 2-3 times a week at a local studio. I also hold my Masters Degree in International Business and work full-time in marketing for a Fortune 150 company. In my free time I love being outdoors, international travel, hiking, running and all things adventure.
