I’m Donna Johnson, Boot Camp/Drill Instructor, Zumba, Caribbean Exercise and Fit Camp Instructor. I decided to join the fitness world in 1995, after I noticed most of my friends, family and myself were overweight and had Health Problems. I was ready to be a part of the solution. I changed my journey to a healthier lifestyle and start teaching Step Aerobics, Boot/Fit Camp, and Zumba Fitness Classes.
Caribbean Cardio Fitness Workout is a high and low impact full-body workout inspired by the vibrant rhythms of the Caribbean. This class blends cardio, dance, and strength movements set to reggae, soca, Latin, and Afro-Caribbean beats.
