I have been involved with fitness for over 20 years; became professional after kids were older. My main goal and accomplishment for each client and each class is to impart my knowledge to them so that they can incorporate fitness into their lifestyle. Although I teach multiple formats, strength training is my specialty. I am a stickler for good form and educational cueing. so my classes really learn as they exercise. Fitness will always be my passion, and I like to spread my enthusiasm as much as I can.
