Laurie Chandler

Hi!  I'm Laurie Chandler.   I live on Siesta Key in Sunny Florida.   My undergrad degree was Physical Education and my masters degree was in Exercise Science with a specialization in Exercise Physiology.   I worked at a private Athletic Club for 7 years as their Exercise Physiologist and then moved on to Sales with Reebok and Adidas.  

I currently teach yoga two times a week.  I am certified to teach ABS (Aqua Board Strong) as well.   Very active lifestyle: walk, swim, paddleboard, pilates, as well as dedicated to my own yoga practice.
