I look back on my years practicing yoga and it's honestly wild how much it's changed me.
I started yoga as a way to curb my anxiety. When, I started, I used the physical practice as a way to cope. But just like others before me, the more I showed up on my mat, the more I realized how little I knew about myself. I was hungry to learn more.
Now, I view yoga as more than an hour class on a mat or a "workout". Yoga is how I connect with myself and others. Yoga has gone beyond just being on my mat.
We're all on this amazing, chaotic journey together. Why waste time being anything but ourselves?
