Tammy Brinkley, is a 200hr. Registered Yoga Trainer, Yoga Alliance.
I teach classes each week which include: Vinyasa, Hatha, Bhakti, Yin, Yoga Flow, Slow Flow, Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Faith Based Yoga and Yoga & Art Fusion.
With a passion for health & fitness, I began my personal yoga journey over 5 years ago. My practice has helped me grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I am committed to an authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. My classes combine creative sequencing, strength & balance with a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. My goal is to help you thrive & nurture your body, mind and soul with yoga; with the hope that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, strong and balanced.
In addition to my yoga life, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with my family.
