Wenda Starr is an enthusiastic Pilates and Yoga instructor.  She started teaching 18 years ago at Performance QSA, then Peak Fitness, and has been at Sportsclub since June 2009.  Her commitment to helping her class participants make their workout productive and "the best for them" is evident in her teaching style. She has studied extensively on the health benefits of many specific poses and exercises. Wenda teaches power yoga, basic yoga, multi-level, slow flow, restorative, partner yoga, and Pilates.  She is certified through Yoga Alliance and Pilates Thread.
