Ashley Griffin

ashley griffin was first introduced to yoga as a young teenager by her mother. she is here to heal, serve, and support you on and off your mat. she is a community builder. she speaks and shares from the heart. she wants to inspire her fellow brothers and sisters to develop their innate intuitive powers of the mind, body, and spirit. who were you before the world told you who to be? let’s get free and let’s do it together.

ashley has completed multiple 200-hour yoga teacher trainings [american yoga academy 2014 + lifepower yoga 2015], a 30 hour yin yoga training, and stand up paddle board yoga certification [jbyoga east hampton 2016]. she is a level 3 reiki healer under the teachings of carol anne patterson. ashley is pursuing her 300-hour yoga teacher training this fall in goa, india focusing on ashtanga + ayurveda.

ashley is currently the yoga boutique manager at life time athletic in berkeley heights, nj  she has lead and graduated students from more 200-hour yoga teacher trainings than she can count, and is currently a legacy ambassador for lululemon in summit, nj. she looks forward to growing and exploring with you. follow her journey here at, @ashleygriffinyoga.
