I’m originally from New York, currently live in St Augustine, Florida! My degree is in Exercise Physiology and I have been working in the fitness industry for 20 years now! I have done everything from group exercise to personal training, management, sales, and modeling! I played soccer until my first year of college and basketball during middle school! Health and fitness has been my hobby, lifestyle, and passion! I love to travel and meet new people and help them live a healthier life!
