My gifts and talents in the fitness industry started at the age of 16. Became ACE lifetime certified at 19. Graduated with a Bachelor's in Exercise in '92. Taught and Coached while teaching fitness classes on the side and personal training on the side. Started Fitness Training Unlimited full time. My skills expanded and taught a wide variety of fitness classes to present. Added Wellness Coach and Aesthitician along the way. All has evolved in to Skintique Apothecary & Spa.
