Chris is a Navy Veteran and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher, Corporate Wellness Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Since overcoming childhood obesity and losing over 80 pounds himself, Chris is passionate about health and wellness and helping others live healthier, fuller lives

Chris began teaching Yoga while employed at the Chicago Park District. Originally a group fitness instructor, he fell in love with Yoga and after taking many workshops and self-studying for years, Chris completed his official 200-hour training in 2017 at the Chicago School of Yoga, led by David Duerkop and Kali OM. Today he continues to teach a unique style of Yoga influenced by Tai Chi, Pilates, and Qigong, which unites the mental benefits of ancient traditions with the physical improvements of modern Asana practice, to create a calming and rewarding experience for his classes.

Chris's fitness classes are a combination of creative and fun exercises in a high-energy and encouraging environment which will leave you feelings challenged and accomplished. Every class with Chris is a unique experience and guaranteed to be worth it!
