Lenora Stroupe

Lenora Stroupe began taking Pilates & Yoga classes in college and fell in love with the strength and flexibility these exercises created. She is a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 8 years. She is also trained on the Bellicon Rebounder and cardio classes. She  enjoys teaching all types of exercises to help transform the body and get clients to use their muscles to the fullest potential.
