I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years teaching a variety of group fitness classes as well as personal training for the last 8 years. I have been the Group Fitness Manager at two facilities for the last seven years and recently made the decision to step away from management to start my own health and wellness company. I am certified with NSCA as a personal trainer and also hold certifications in Schwinn Cycling, PLYOGA, Les Mills BodyFlow, Enhance Fitness and most recently completed my 200 hr Yoga Teacher training and have registered with Yoga Alliance. My teaching philosophy is that exercise should be fun and enjoyable. I like to bring a little humor into the classes that I teach and never take myself too seriously. Outside of fitness I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and hanging out at the lake with my boyfriend.
