I was initially drawn to yoga during my pregnancy with my daughter. However, I didn’t become a regular practitioner until several years later, around the same time I became an avid runner. I discovered yoga to be incredibly complementary to my new running habit, and I’ve since made both a part of my lifestyle. When I’m not on the mat, you can find me outside hiking, running, and of course, practicing yoga in green spaces. In addition to completing my 200-hour RYT training, I’m also a certified kids yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga, and I love to share my love of yoga with children of all ages.
