Caitriona Meisner

Namaste everyone

My name is Caitriona Meisner I live in Southern California and I am a registered yoga teacher, I am on my way to starting my yoga therapy program which is a 3 year course. 

My passion is helping other people feel good about themselves to feel light and to feel happy within themselves.

I have spent a lot of my time traveling to other countries and staying in Ireland and for now I am going to stay in California and teach.
